You will be responsible for managing a team across sales, coordination, and operations, ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth by developing local accounts and managing key business relationships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve conversion targets and margin objectives.
- Conduct monthly sales reviews, monitoring team performance and sales pipeline.
- Oversee the coordination team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to move completion.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient workflow and service quality.
- Monitor transport and logistics compliance, including vehicle servicing and tachograph adherence.
- Conduct customer visits to ensure high service standards, resolving any shortfalls proactively.
- Implement and maintain health & safety compliance, including regular audits and risk management.
Leadership & Performance Management:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring targets are met for sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular branch meetings and monthly performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in removals, relocation, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong sales and business development background, with experience leading a sales team.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue and margin improvements.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
