- Shopper Marketing management.
- Organic social media management.
- Management of the external agencies.
- Monitor and control the budget.
- Assist with trade marketing support including trade presentations, trade marketing materials.
- Monthly tracking of brand, category and competitor performance.
- Category, Consumer & Customer Insight Analysis.
- Lead on visuals, design and artwork of NPD and EPD projects.
- Maintaining the brand asset library.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or qualified by equivalent experience.
- Results oriented, seeker of innovative solutions, driver of continuous improvement.
- Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Track record of multitasking and problem solving.
- Influencing skills.
- Creative and proactive about looking for & proposing new ideas.
- Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision / leadership.
- Knowledge of data and exposure to a wide range of market research techniques used in building brands & innovation
- Understanding of leveraging data to identify performance drivers and recommend actions
- Strong communicator, and experience of working cross functionally.
- Full Driving license and happy to travel to manufacturers, copackers, agencies and trade shows.
