- Delivering on targets based on square meterage and revenue within the South West region.
- Researching prospects in line with the strategy set out by Sales Director.
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, taking a pro-active approach to seeking potential customers.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Understanding client needs & site requirements to recommend solutions including site surveys
- Creating quotes and proposals to achieve appropriate revenue & margin.
- Achieving against targets, including maintaining a product mix of both hire and purchase.
- Recommending profit and service improvements
- Providing final requirements pack (inc. project details, signed PO and T&C’s) to other teams (Finance & Operations) to enable project delivery.
- Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities to assist clients with new projects and needs.
- Visiting current clients to maintain excellent relationships, review current requirements are in line with their contract and look for opportunities to offer maintenance or up-sell
- Attending networking events and/or trade shows to promote the company
