A leading business operating in the construction engineering market is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join the team in the Basingstoke area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

Designing both temporary and permanent geotechnical structures
Creating designs for structural and civil schemes as well as giving input into schemes from other disciplines, ensuring these are reviewed and checked
Undertaking extensive surveys and inspections of geotechnical structures
Preparing reports based off of the findings from these investigations
Ensuring feasibility is understood
Working on project programmes as needed
Supervising and, where needed, training junior members of the team

You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

A degree within either Engineering or a relevant other qualification
Ideally, 5+ years of experience within a comparable role, undertaking similar duties
Good knowledge of engineering software
Possession of a full UK driving license, and it would be ideal to own your own transport
Excellent spoken and written English
Right to work within the UK
