Requirements:
- BOHS P402 qualified
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Familiarity with tablet-based applications, including systems like Teams
- Basic knowledge of the building trade or construction industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all types of asbestos surveys across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial properties and sites
- Gather site data using the industry-leading Teams software system
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and a solid understanding of industry-specific legislation
- Confidently liaise with clients, representing the company in a professional manner
- Provide specialist consultancy advice, addressing technical queries with confidence
