Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join one of the biggest Accident Repair Body Shops in the UK, located in Basingstoke.

• Working Hours: Generally contracted 7 AM - 5 PM (Business open from 6 AM - 6 PM, offering overtime at an enhanced hourly rate based on efficiency)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out high-quality repairs to vehicle panels, including straightening, filling, and finishing

• Replacing damaged panels with new parts where necessary

• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment

• Strong skills in metalwork, panel fitting, and welding

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
