Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with healthcare project experience.
The role involves overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, including budgets, contracts, and procurement.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of NEC contracts and construction procurement methods.

Duties:

Oversee all commercial aspects of the project, including budgets, contracts, and procurement
Provide strategic guidance to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals to drive excellence and achieve project goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as the Senior Surveyor / Managing Surveyor / Commercial Manager within the construction industry
Healthcare project experience
Good understanding of NEC form of contract
Tier 1 main contractor experience
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure
