  • Maximise all income streams, including memberships, swim school enrolments, secondary spend, and group bookings.
  • Drive membership growth and retention through innovative strategies and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Lead the development of swim school programmes, ensuring growth and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to increase footfall, grow revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, income processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
Your BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong background in commercial management within the leisure, fitness, or destination sectors.
  • Experience managing diverse income streams, including swim school operations and secondary revenue.
  • Proven success in driving growth across memberships, swim school enrolments, and retention.
