A leading global provider of smart, sustainable lighting solutions and software is looking for a driven, customer-focussed Sales Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry. Along with a salary of £27,000 per annum (negotiable – DOE), you will also receive hybrid working, 25 days holiday, a 5% pension contribution, private medical insurance and life insurance. You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a 14:00 on a Friday.As Sales Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Field Sales teams and customers to generate price proposals for lighting products and connected services.
Processing orders and managing customer deliveries.
Generating customer quotes.
Developing an understanding of products and service offerings to guide customers on available solutions.
Working closely with the Field Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities.
Maintaining positive business relationships with customers.

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive with:

Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
A collaborative approach that delivers positive and sustainable results.
