Sonic Summary

The job requires relevant background experience in cladding or facades and an ONC or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline.
Candidates should have completed or be in the process of obtaining a relevant NVQ in a construction-related field, along with a valid CSCS card.
Having an SSTS certification is beneficial, while QCQA is mandatory, and experience with EWI is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook is necessary, along with the ability to stay updated on industry regulations and health and safety legislation.
A driving license and access to a personal vehicle would also be advantageous, although the salary details are not specified.

Relevant background within cladding/facades

ONC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline

• Have completed or be in the process of obtaining a relevant NVQ in a construction related discipline.

• CSCS card

• SSTS is beneficial

• QCQA is a must

• EWI experience is beneficial

• Competent user MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.

• Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations, H&S legislation and company processes and procedures.

• Undertake other training necessary for delivery of your role.

• Driving license and access to own vehicle would be beneficial.
