RTL are on the look out for a GroundworksSite Supervisor to work on behalf of a leading Groundworks and RC Framecontractor in CentralLondon on a Commercial groundworks package.
My client has ongoing work for the right candidate!!
Pay rate is OUTSIDE IR35!!
Site Supervisor duties:
- Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.
- Managing specialist Sub Contractors
- Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.
- Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets
- Organising and managing labour on site
- Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.
- Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.
- Arranging inductions
- To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.
Supervisor Requirements:
- British Passport
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- CSCS Gold card
- Experience working for Groundworkssub contractors
