Senior Site Manager

Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for a new role? Are you looking for a new permanent role? Have you previously worked on carehome schemes?

I am currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to be a No1 with a carehome scheme in Basingstoke.

My client is looking for a strong Senior Site Manager to run a carehome project and you will be reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. This is both a new build and a refurbishment scheme on a care home so experience with similar projects would be ideal.

My client is looking to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • CSCS Card

  • Refurbishment experience
  • New build experience
