Looking to recruit an Regional Aftercare Administrator to join a leading main contractor

Travelling is required for this role as you will be visiting sites across various locations: South West, South Coast, Oxfordshire and Bristol with remote working too

Offering up to 28,000 + Car allowance OR Company Car + Mileage/ expenses + Hotel / accommodation provided + overnight allowance

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual for the role of Administrative Support.

  • This position involves working closely with the Regional Quality Manager to provide essential administrative assistance, coordinate aftercare activities, and support quality management processes across the region.
  • The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within established guidelines.
  • The typical workweek includes regular travel between regions (Oxford, Hampshire, Plymouth, and Bristol).
  • The successful candidate will be required to liaise with site teams and subcontractors, provide administrative duties, conduct in-house training for staff members, and work closely with the senior manager.
