The Role – Workplace Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Workplace Technician to manage and maintain our innovative workplaces. You will be our on-site representative, liaising between customers and contractors to ensure top-notch customer service and professional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance of office buildings and external areas.
  • Upkeep of parking, landscaped areas, and storage management.
  • Performing a variety of repair tasks, including joinery, plumbing (e.g., unblocking sinks/toilets), internal painting, and general maintenance.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in office maintenance or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of heating and cooling ventilation (desirable).
  • Ability to perform minor works as needed.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with various IT systems.
  • A full and current driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
