This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative background in financial services who is looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Case Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the completion process for mortgage applications, ensuring all cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure all documentation is in place and that cases progress smoothly to completion.
- Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of cases, prioritizing workload effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.
- Work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
Case Manager Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative background, within financial services.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a completions role is not essential, but knowledge of the financial services sector will be advantageous.
