The Role

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the team with high-quality legal work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a firm that offers exposure to complex matters and values individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements.

  • Updating company books and statutory registers, including Companies House filings.

  • Conducting legal research to address emerging issues.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and document preparation.

  • Attending client and stakeholder meetings (remotely and in-person).

  • Providing regular client updates and ensuring they are informed on matter progression.

  • Liaising with external parties, including counsel and financial advisors.

  • Managing data rooms and reviewing due diligence documentation.

  • Supporting the team with billing and time recording.

What Youll Need
  • A strong academic background, with the LPC or an equivalent qualification (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating with the wider team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis).

  • A willingness to embrace new technologies and innovations.
