About the JobThis role will involve managing credit control processes within the construction industry. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial efficiency and ensuring the smooth processing of payments.

Duties will include:

  • Contacting customers regarding overdue payments via phone and email
  • Preparing and processing payment applications for submission
  • Maintaining a detailed spreadsheet tracking issued applications, outstanding certificates, and payments
  • Setting up new projects on Construct
  • Assisting the Finance Director with various administrative tasks
  • Preparing and monitoring the debtors report, detailing all outstanding payments
