We have a requirement for permanent Contact Centre Advisor's to join this professional organisation. The Contact Centre Advisors will be the first point of contact for all of their customers and will provide a full support service to them.The ideal candidates will have great customer service skills and will thrive working in a busy and demanding environment and will have the ability to turn a problem into a solution. The Contact Centre Advisor's will work as part of a large team with a modern office environment.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Hybrid working will be available after initial probationary period.
Duties
- Assisting customers with a variety of general enquiries
- Setting up payment plans
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Book routine or emergency repairs
