WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.In short, we're looking for a Trainee Customer Service Executive to join one of our international export clients based in Basingstoke.As a trainee, a background in exports is certainly ideal, but not essential. Full training is on offer to really dig deep into the architecture of the industry, so what you need to bring to the party is personality and enthusiasm for impeccable service, learning new skills and becoming an expert in your field. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?A typical day will see you utilising you're prior office experience and eloquent communication to liaise with clients, both UK and internationally, over the phone and via email, to provide the best quality service and really immerse yourself in the industry. You'll be taking orders, providing updates, time-lines, and resolving issues and stock delays.Once you've found your feet you'll soon be managing global accounts; using your knowledge to advise on the best solutions and products for your customer.You'll be consistently liaising with clients, some active, and some less active. You'll do this through innovative and proactive methods. It's important to think creatively to maximise opportunities. Naturally, you'll be involved in a variety of learning opportunities with the senior leadership team.
