Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily engineering projects, schedule appointments, update documents, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.
- Log, triage, and direct support requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Allocate and re-allocate engineering resources based on priority, availability, and location.
- Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Liaise with customers on project updates, preventative maintenance, and rental equipment collection.
- Assist with order processing, stock management, and general office administration.
- Create and distribute service reports, patch updates, and other required communications.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role, with customer support expertise.
- IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, data entry, and administrative tasks.
