We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor who ideally has provisioning or scheduling expertise for our outstanding client who is based on the outskirts of Basingstoke.
The company continues to expand and is therefore looking for a new member to join this team of 13. Your day to day duties include liaising with customers of the installation of their product set, liaising internally to ensure that engineers ar on site, deal with any queries, issues the client may face and solve where necessary. You will possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to multi task and have empathy where required.
This role will start in the New Year so if you are looking for a new challenge then don't delay.
Salary £30000 - £32000pa
Due to location a car driver is required.
