What You'll Do:

  • Collaborating with our production team to provide timely updates on order status
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Support with internal sales activity when following up email campaigns and advertising activity
  • Setting up of new customer accounts with ease
  • Contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives
