What You'll Do:As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, you'll be the friendly face and voice for customers post-legal completion.

  • Connecting with customers after legal completion and maintaining contact throughout the warranty period.
  • Managing customer expectations through effective communication.
  • Issuing documentation to assist homeowners in understanding their new homes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the customer service operating system.
  • Coordinating remedial tasks efficiently with field staff.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For:Bring your skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the role! The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional customer service and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience communicating through various media.
  • Knowledge of residential property and construction is a plus!
