About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As part of the Mutual Exchange Team, you will provide vital transactional administration support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries. You will manage a wide range of customer inquiries through various channels, including Housing, Garages, Mutual Exchanges, Repairs, and Home Ownership.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office (Basingstoke or Greenham) and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to resolve customer queries, ensuring responses are accurate and timely.
- Offer multi-skilled responses across different service areas including Housing, Mutual Exchanges, Repairs, and more.
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external customers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Process applications, manage permissions, and address tenancy/lease information.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and high standards of customer service.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their queries, delivering a positive experience.
