Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Manager who has previous experience within the housing development sector for our client based in Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position and will involve traveling to various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer service experience post completion
- Carry out inspection works to ensure quality of all homes prior and post completion
- Liaise with colleagues from customer service, production and sales
- Communicate with customers after their move in and are settling in seamlessly
- Liaise with sub contractors ensuring that remedials are carried out to correct standard
- Line manage service technicians ensuring they operate effectively
- Provide clear written communication to customers, contractors and colleagues, managing their needs and expectations
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a very similar role
- Understanding of the New Homes Quality Code
- Knowledge of construction including PMA Awareness is essential
- Knowledge of residential property and competitors is essential
- Experience with RSL Liaison
- General knowledge of NHBC Technical requirements and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
The Customer Support Manager Role:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Site based 3-4 times a week
- Starting salary of 38,000
- Car Allowance of 5,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
