A world leading manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team in Basingstoke, you will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers. This role is varied and would suit someone with exceptional communication skills.

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Benefits: Attractive annual leave allowance including bank holidays off, Company pension, bonus scheme, free parking and a lot more.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Designated Account responsibility, dealing directly with our Manufacturing partner
  • Quote and Data entry, Contract Review, handlings of NDA's where necessary
  • Manual Order entry, Order Processing & Order acknowledgements
  • Awareness of multi-currency processes
  • In-house communication with Sales Managers
  • Setup of new customer accounts, processing Application Forms, End User Statements
  • Running weekly systems reports and performing updates to sales orders where necessary
  • Management of weekly Order Books and Shipping reports with Manufacturer and Shipping Warehouse

This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;

  • Advanced office experience conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Advanced organisational skills within Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills required providing assistance to customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new systems
