Customer Support Specialist, Basingstoke:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Deal with Business to Consumer customer calls
  • Deal with high volumes of calls and complaints
  • Resolve billing, account, and service-related issues effectively
  • Provide information on products and services, including tariffs and sustainability options
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to address complex customer needs
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines at all times
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Profile
