Service Administrator (Car Garage)

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established car garage for a permanent Service Administrator.

This role would suit someone who has previous administration experience, this does not have to within a car garage.

As a Service Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

Ordering parts - from various different suppliers.
Organising, maintaining and keeping notes or a log of customer interactions.
Keeping the office space presentable.
Speaking with customer over the phone and via email.
Various admin tasks.
