Job Title: Service Charge Officer (Housing)
Location: Basingstoke
Rate of Pay:£16 P/H (Umbrella)
Hours Per Week: 37 Hours
Contract Length: 3 months+
Sovereign Network Group is currently on the look out for a Service Charge Officer to join their team on a contracted basis.
Main Duties:
- Assisting/managing and responding to customer queries.
- Being on the duty line and answering calls.
- Assisting with producing statements and data for mail merges.
- Providing copy documentation for customers.
The Candidate:
- Will have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Service Charge experience is not essential as training will be provided on the job.
