Contract Data Support

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000

My client based in Basingstoke is looking or a Contract Data Support candidate to come on board and join their friendly team. You will support all activity around entering information into the Contract Module and ensuring it is correct and accurate. You will ensure each contract that is uploaded, has the correct information associated with it and that all services are correctly charged to the customer, and that all supplier charges are correctly ceased where relevant. You will join the Contract Data team where comprehensive training and support will be provided to enable your success within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

To understand how the Contract Module is updated and to investigate each customer to ensure all services are billed accurately and all services that should be ceased, are ceased correctly.

May be asked to assist with the roll out of the Contract Module across the Group and assist in any challenges they may face.

To liaise with the Contract Data Manager to discuss any reports that may be generated to enhance the process, and act upon these reports when necessary.

To ensure that all additional charges or ceases to the customers billing that come through from the Service Delivery Team are updated into the Contract Module correctly.

To review any anomalies, they may be experiencing while entering data, and to ensure that its logged, so it can be distributed across Group when they begin to update the Contract Module.

To log all discrepancies that come through from Service Delivery.

To liaise directly with the Contract Data Manager to ensure that the information coming through is correct.
