Position: Service Charge Officer
Contract: Temporary, ASAP - 3 Month Contract

Pay Rate: 14.51 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00
Location: RG21 4FA

Job Purpose:

  • Working within our Service Charge team, you'll assist in delivering complete and accurate service charge information to our customers.
  • Assisting/managing and responding to customer queries
  • Being on the duty line and answering calls
  • Assisting with producing statements and data for mailmerges
  • Providing copy documentation for customers
  • What we're looking for
  • You'll have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience working in finance would be an advantage, but it is not essential. You'll also have:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in service charge management or a similar financial/administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of service charge processes, lease agreements, and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
