Document Controller - Mechanical Contracting
Salary/Package - 35k - 40k basic + Pension + Life Insurance
Location - Basingstoke
Permanent Position - Hybrid
A leader and well respected sprinkler contractor amongst their peers who have an annual turnover of 20m, are looking to hire an experienced and skilled fire sprinkler design specialist to manage their team of design engineers.
Working in a hybrid position this will be a "3 days in, 2 days out" set up.
To be considered for this position you MUST have the following experience
- Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document management is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Minimum of 2/3 years Document Controller experience in the construction/civil engineering sector.
- Knowledge of Document Control software such as 4Projects, Viewpoint, Project Plus, Procore or similar
