Are you a qualified, multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving facilities maintenance team, working across Basingstoke, London, and the South East.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Attending sites to carry out repairs and remedial works following EICR condition reports
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults and logging details for further action
  • Performing compliance-related tasks, such as emergency light testing and periodic inspections
  • Handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Contributing to capital projects like refurbishments and upgrades
  • Participating in on-call duty rotas (once per month minimum) for out-of-hours emergencies
  • Ensuring all works meet health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field
  • 17th Edition certification (18th Edition preferred)
  • Experience in testing, installing, and fault-finding
  • A full driving licence
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a passion for problem-solving
  • Comfortable working with iPhones, iPads, or Android devices

Bonus Skills:

  • CSCS card and IPAF/MEWP qualifications (training available if needed)
  • Experience in reactive and small project maintenance
