What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attending sites to carry out repairs and remedial works following EICR condition reports
- Diagnosing and resolving faults and logging details for further action
- Performing compliance-related tasks, such as emergency light testing and periodic inspections
- Handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Contributing to capital projects like refurbishments and upgrades
- Participating in on-call duty rotas (once per month minimum) for out-of-hours emergencies
- Ensuring all works meet health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field
- 17th Edition certification (18th Edition preferred)
- Experience in testing, installing, and fault-finding
- A full driving licence
- A proactive, flexible approach and a passion for problem-solving
- Comfortable working with iPhones, iPads, or Android devices
Bonus Skills:
- CSCS card and IPAF/MEWP qualifications (training available if needed)
- Experience in reactive and small project maintenance
