Mobile Electrical Engineer
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their team. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and electrical installation work across sites in Hampshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of critical M&E services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting general building maintenance as required.
Working closely with a team of mobile engineers, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to maintain high standards of service delivery. You will also ensure that all work is completed in line with statutory requirements, with accurate documentation and reporting.
This is a mobile role, requiring a full UK driving licence, and participation in an on-call rota to support essential services.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
- Ideally, a completed electrical apprenticeship and/or City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in commercial settings.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
