Hourly Rate: 21- 24ph

PRS are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic commercial environment, contributing to essential engineering maintenance and support services. This is an on-going role that is likely to be extended for a least a few months.

Electrical Engineer Key Requirements:
  • JIB Gold Card
  • City & Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge, including understanding of L8 Legionella ACOP within commercial buildings.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills and ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC software and systems.
Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Planned Maintenance, Reactive Response, Specialist Sub-contract Work, and Remedial Work Orders efficiently.
  • Provide routine and specialised engineering maintenance and breakdown support.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to other engineering staff.
  • Support local managers with engineering advice and solutions.
  • Work at other locations as needed to cover engineering absences or provide specialist services.
