- Oversee quality assurance processes across the 12-week training program.
- Work closely with trainers and assessors to ensure compliance with industry and awarding body standards.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of course materials and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Participate in the Solar Panel Installation course to gain occupational competence, fully supported by the employer.
- A qualified IQA with experience in quality assurance within training or education.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industries such as engineering, construction, or renewable energy would be a huge plus, but, not essential.
- Willingness to gain expertise in Solar Panel Installation is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with training teams.
