The successful applicant will act as the execution phase HSE focal point on behalf of the client to ensure full regulatory compliance of contractors during decommissioning and construction phases. The role includes acting as the EPC focal point and ensuring all activities comply with relevant safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing EPC documentation
- HSE reporting
- Overseeing site personnel during demolition and construction
- Ensuring compliance with all permit commitments and conditions
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Acting as the client representative under CDM regulations
- Interfacing between contractor and client
- Reviewing and approving Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Job Requirements:
- Experience of working within a TCPA/DCO project
- Proficiency with PLANC
- Familiarity with CDM regulations
- Site HSE demolition and construction project experience
- Experience with EPC, site audits, and contractor management
- Contaminated land experience
- Bachelor's degree in an environmental or safety discipline or equivalent
