We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to join our dynamic and growing business within the telecommunications industry based in Basingstoke. This pivotal role will support the executive leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and driving the business forward.

This is a permanent role and will require presence in the office 4 days per week. Part-time candidates will be considered on a 4 day per week basis.

Responsibilities -

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements both domestic and international.
  • Information Management: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence; gather and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, tracking timelines and deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and coordinate executive meetings and corporate events, ensuring all materials are prepared and logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external partners, maintaining professional relationships and enhancing communication channels.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, exercising sound judgement in all aspects of communication and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the executive office.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills -

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data management, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills -

  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is a definite advantage; a solid understanding of industry trends and challenges will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining positive working relationships.
