Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for consolidation, reporting, and data accuracy? Our Basingstoke based client is looking for a Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) to play a key role in their finance team, ensuring insightful reporting and maintaining finance master data across their sites.

What will the Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) role involve?

  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of divisional financials (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Act as the finance master data owner, standardising processes across multiple sites.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership.
  • Enhance reporting processes and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • Work closely with the Head of FP&A, Financial Accounting Manager, and other senior finance leaders.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance manager (Financial Reporting) vacancy:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong industry experience in financial consolidation.
  • Experience in USGAAP & IFRS reporting, with strong financial systems knowledge (SAP a plus).
  • Advanced Excel & analytical skills, able to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Strong communicator & problem-solver, confident in influencing stakeholders and driving process improvements.
