Finance Business Partner – The Role
- Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver insightful performance reports, including KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production volume, cost per unit, and inventory turns
- Clearly communicate financial performance to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiency
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, focusing on areas such as material yields, labour efficiency, overhead management
- Optimize product profitability - accurately apportion factory costs to individual products to maximize profitability.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage your advanced Excel skills to design and develop BI reports,
- Partner with the Business: Collaborate with operational stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis
- Provide Strategic Insights: compile comprehensive month-end commentary and financial analysis, including price/volume/mix variance, labour cost, and waste analysis
Finance Business Partner – Required Experience
- Ideally ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
- Experience working for a manufacturing business
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills to handle large volumes of data and identify key trends
