Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Lead financial strategy for Projects across Europe.
  • Partner with senior leaders to guide decision-making and investment planning.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Provide sharp financial modelling and performance analysis.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from operations to legal and HR.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive commercial outcomes.

Governance & Risk

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years’ finance experience, with 3–5 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Strong track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ideally from a projects, property, hospitality, or leisure background.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
  • Qualified Accountant – ACCA / CIMA / ACA
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
