Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee period-end closing activities and ensure smooth coordination.
- Reconcile balance sheets and work with owners for accuracy.
- Prepare financial and management reports following regulations.
- Supervise accounting across international entities.
- Manage journal processing and collaborate with internal teams.
- Create regular flash reports aligned with centralized reporting strategy.
- Own and document relevant financial processes.
- Prepare internal financial statements and operational/financial reports.
- Partner with divisional FDs and managers globally.
- Lead and develop a team of up to 5 reports.
About You:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) with team leadership experience.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support team members during month-end.
- Experience in a multi-entity corporate environment (ideally within shared services).
- Proactive with experience in process improvement projects.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
