Description
- Lead and manage the recoveries team within the Accounting & Finance Department
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor the performance of recovery activities and provide reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline recovery processes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and legal counsel.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Continually identify opportunities for process improvements.
Profile
A successful 'Recoveries Manager' should have:
- Experience or knowledges of insolvency and debt recovery
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Excellent knowledge of debt recovery regulations and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
