Treasury & Tax Manager

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing organisation based in Basingstoke who are looking for a Treasury/Tax specialist to join their Finance Team.  You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and will be qualified or qualified by experience.  Your role will play a pivotal part in managing the companies tax, compliance and treasury operations. What will the Treasury/Tax Manager role involve?

• Oversee the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management activities.
• Lead weekly global cash analysis and bank reconciliation files.
• Prepare and present regular reports on tax and treasury activities.
• Prepare and review corporate tax & VAT.
• Manage relationship with HMRC for any VAT and other tax reviews.
• Co-ordinate the accounts preparation and external statutory supported by the Financial controller and senior financial accountant.

Suitable Candidate for the Treasury/Tax Manager vacancy:

• Qualified - CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with 5 years’ experience working within Tax/Treasury.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK, European tax laws & regulations.
