Job title: Bid Service Architect
Location - Bracknell or Basingstoke/hybrid
Salary: 75k- 80k plus 15-20% bonus and 6k car allowance
Candidates must be willing and eligible to go through SC and DV clearance for this role
The role:
I am looking for Service Architects for a client of mine who are a leading IT systems integrator operating within the UK defence sector with demonstrable service architecture experience and the ability to identify, justify and document appropriate end-to-end service designs required by our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on bid and presales. Experience in bid work or presales is preferential however my client will look at experienced Service Architects looking to gain bid and presales exposure.
Your experience:
- Ownership and accountability of service design for complex or high value solutions
- Detailed knowledge of industry leading service management concepts and techniques
- Significant experience of service operating model design for major IT systems
- Client-facing skills at senior-level with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts to senior
executives
- Negotiating, bringing consensus, with substantial experience of running workshops
- Commercially astute - expert knowledge of the contractual obligations and associated constraints
- Self-motivating and objective setting
