Your new company:
You will be joining a Basingstoke-based IT (software) business on a permanent basis. This is a varied role that will see your duties and responsibilities split between licensing and billing management.
Your new roleWorking as a part of a small finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining monthly billing, provisioning and licensing.
Duties will include:
- Collecting relevant data and documentation to produce accurate monthly invoices
- Preparing monthly usage reports
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Payment allocation
- Monitoring and administrating licence expirations and trial periods
- Becoming the internal expert on licensing and billings queries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer contracts
What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience may have been gained in a finance / billings role, or licensing and provisioning administration. If you have worked in the software industry, that would be highly desirable, but not essential. This role will utilise your strong attention to detail, diligent work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
