- Welcome all visitors to the center, offering refreshments to guests and conducting tours
- Maintain stationary and kitchen supplies
- Oversee management of meeting room bookings
- Building rapport and fact finding with customers
- Manage the inbox and promptly handle enquiries and problems
- Maintain a log of visitors
- Work closely with customer to ensure smooth onboarding/moving in
- Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities
- Promote and encourage site networking and event participation
- Conduct viewings and sales
- Deputise for the Centre Manager with all aspects of center management
- Maintain availability lists, pricing and newsletters
- Daily review of maintenance and cleaning levels
- Proven experience in a front of house/administrative role within the Property industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to build rapport with people at all levels
- Good knowledge of IT software including MS office
