We are working alongside a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Basingstoke who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join them in January 2025. If you are passionate about supporting student learning and creating a positive classroom environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Provide assistance to students in completing tasks and activities
- Ensure good behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
- Support students' learning, ensuring they remain engaged with the lesson
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school community
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in a school setting is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage behaviour
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
