- Collaborating the finance team in the documentation of current processes, and from this creating a plan to navigate through the change that is required
- Supporting the Head of finance on developing and understanding the requirements for the transformation plan, developing reporting to demonstrate project tracking for various relevant stakeholders
- Working with the system provider to deliver system developments alongside suitable training for any end users, including the finance team
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure finance and business alignment with changes
- Overseeing and supporting the execution of the transformation projects within the timescale set out
- Gathering and providing feedback from stakeholders
- Highlighting areas for ongoing improvement within the finance processes and systems
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Excellent experience in running and developing financial transformation projects
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Jet Reporting, Business Central, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant software/systems
- Strong communication skills, particularly with relaying information to a variety of stakeholders
- Exposure to a fast-paced environment
