About the Role

Due to continued growth, this newly created role will play a key part in supporting the in-house payroll and HR functions, initially focusing on the UK before expanding across the wider group. The successful candidate will help integrate payroll operations internally while supporting various HR processes. My client is looking for someone who has experience in end to end inhouse payroll. 

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating and inputting monthly payroll adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting employee resourcing, including job descriptions, agency liaison, and interview coordination.
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction, including pre-employment screening and employee biographies.
  • Administering and managing employee benefits, including renewals and presentations.
  • Supporting performance management cycles, ensuring smooth execution of probationary and annual reviews.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and cultural development.
  • Managing HR data, including absence monitoring and maintaining HR software records.
  • Producing standardised reports for payroll and HR performance metrics.
About You

You will have substantial experience in end to end inhouse UK payroll. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR software. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is an advantage but not essential. You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills. A background in financial services or regulated businesses would be advantageous but not essential.
